We support a coordinated system of educational, health, mental health, and social services working with state and community leaders, organizations, providers, and families to offer high-quality early childhood care and education for Nebraska families.
The Nebraska Evaluation Network Team (ENT) was created to engage in a Systemic Community of Practice. This group generated learning to drive systemic approaches to early childhood evaluation throughout Nebraska. This group met from 2020 to 2023 to support the Performance Evaluation Team for the Preschool Development Grant.
The Evaluation Network Team was hosted by the Performance Evaluation team at the Buffett Early Childhood Institute and was comprised of individuals from the following organizations:
Buffett Early Childhood Fund, Children's Hospital & Medical Center, Educare of Omaha, Educare Winnebago, Educational Service Units, First Five Nebraska, Kids Can, Sherwood Foundation, One World, Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, Learning Community of Douglas and Sarpy Counties, Omaha Foundation, Nebraska Children and Families Foundation, Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative, Nebraska Department of Education, Universities of Nebraska Omaha, Nebraska-Lincoln, and Nebraska at Kearney, University of Nebraska Medical Center's Munroe-Meyer Institute, Voices for Children Nebraska, Omaha Public Schools, Grand Island Public Schools
